Need to store your RV or boat?

Outdoor Recreation on Homestead Air Reserve Base, operates two Rv Storage lots located at 12759 TUSKEGEE BLVD (BLDG.# 164).  Storage space is open on a space available basis to Active Duty, Reserve, Retired, and DoD Civilian personnel and their family members. At times a waiting list may be in place, based on availiibilty of slots.

 The lots have over 200 secure spaces available for your use at a fraction of local commercial rates. Our storage facility is fully fenced with a locked gate. Access is available 24 hours per day via an automated security system.

SPOTS AVAILABLE

1. There is no minimum time for storage.

2. Advance payment of first month’s payment is required. We do not pro-rate for the month.

3. Access to storage facility is available 24 hours a day if you have a key. Month to Month storage has available access during business hours. 

4. Repair, maintenance or cleaning of storage item while in the compound is not authorized.

5. Stored equipment will be neat and tidy. No car parts, boxes or other items will be left on or around the stored item.

6. All vehicles in the compound must comply with all environmental regulations; renters will be responsible for the cost of any clean-up caused by their unit. If your vehicle is leaking any fluids you will be required to remove it.

7. Outdoor Recreation reserves the right to move any vehicle that poses an immediate safety concern, is improperly parked or has become delinquent in payment.

8. All equipment stored must be mobile. All vehicles are required to have wheels and aired up tires. (no junk cars).

9. Vehicles and trailers are required to have current registration and insurance in the renter's name at all times.

10. Proof of ownership and insurance will be required by Outdoor Recreation.

11. Customers are not permitted to sleep overnight in our storage compound.

Current rate information

Spaces will be rented in 20-foot, 30-foot and 40-foot intervals only.

Storage fees can be paid monthly, semi-annually, or yearly and are due on the first day of the month.

Fees not paid by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $15.00 late fee.

Vehicles with fees not paid for three or more months will be considered abandoned on base and disposed of as such.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given with proof of Change of Station(PCS), Termination of Service(ETS), or proof of sale.

Refunds will be based on the number of full months remaining for which payment has been made. Partial refunds will not be given.

Cancellation is not considered official until the unit is removed from the compound and the key is returned.

All refunds of payments made by cash or check will take approximately 4-6 weeks to process.
